Your body is an instrument. Sometimes it goes out of tune and you just need a simple tune up. Sometimes the issue is deeper and will take longer. Either way, I’ve set it up to make it easy and affordable to get quality healthcare.
How it works:
Monday through Friday 9 am to 12 pm, I open up my clinic for volume and efficiency. I have four tables in their own spaces that I can rotate through.
How it works:
You book a wave time (9:00, 9:50, 10:40, or 11:30). You arrive, settle into your own private space, and receive 40 minutes of quiet, uninterrupted rest while I move from table to table, palpating, needling.
The cost:
First visit is a full hour ($75). I listen to your story, palpate what’s going on, and create a plan. Follow-up visits are $35–50—you choose what fits your life. I don’t ask questions.
Who it’s for:
Pain that won’t quit
Stress that lives in your shoulders
Insomnia that steals your nights
Grief that’s gotten stuck somewhere in your body
Anyone who knows that regular acupuncture keeps them well, but cost or time has gotten in the way
Why come regularly:
A single tune-up feels good. Regular tune-ups change things. When you come weekly, your body starts to hold the shift. Pain releases more completely. Sleep deepens. The nervous system learns a new baseline. And somewhere along the way, you start to notice: I’m not just managing symptoms. I’m actually better.
Also regulars will be up to date on other offerings, like my folk medicine classes and my 12 week Journey to higher Levels.
“I’ve been a Licensed Acupuncturist for 25 years. In that time my hands have learned to listen. When I find the right point— it’s like feeling into a little energy portal—I feel it. A wave. A resonance. They don’t all do that. Just the ones that have something to say.
I’m also a musician. I’ve written over 300 songs, released four albums, and built guitars by hand. I know when an instrument is in tune, and I know when it’s not.
The body is no different. It falls out of tune. Components fail. My work is simple: determine what is pulling you out of tune and using the alchemy of acupuncture, guide your body back to it’s proper resonance, so you can be better at being you.
Step 1: Book Your First Visit
This visit is a little bit longer. I’ll listen to your story, palpate what’s going on in your body, and give you your first treatment.
$75
Step 2: Join the Morning Waves
After your first visit, you’re welcome to book or drop-in for follow-up tune-ups. Choose the start time (9:00, 9:50, 10:40, or 11:30). Arrive, settle into your space, and rest for 40 minutes while I move between the tables, needling and adjusting as your body needs.
$35–50 sliding scale — you choose what fits your life
Step 3: Come Regularly
This is where the real change happens. Weekly visits let your body hold the shift. Pain releases. Sleep deepens. Your nervous system learns a new baseline. You start to feel less like you’re managing symptoms and more like you’re actually better.
When you click the Book Now button, you will be taken to the Acubliss booking portal, which manages my appointments and will allow you to fill out the intake.
You will see the option for Drop- In Acupuncture or Insurance Acupuncture. If you are using insurance, you can enter your information there in the portal. Sign up for one of the Start times and then come on in. My waiting room has books and fitness balls, and rollers, and qi machines and juggle balls and musical instruments, so there will be things to do while you wait.
